ANNUAL LAKE COUNTY FOLK FESTIVAL
October 11th & 12th 2008
Our 11th year of presenting
the Lake County Folk Festival. What started out in 1997,
the brain-child of Jeff Frieberg, has grown from a one-day
gathering of family and friends at Uncle Donald's Farm
to a two-day major concert
series event in historic downtown Eustis. The festival is
produced in cooperation with the City of Eustis, Eustis Main
Street and
Public Arts and Music
(PAM). It is one
of the only FREE folk concert event of its kind in the
area. Featuring acts from all over the country, as well as,
local favorites, this festival spans the park and into the
streets of downtown with up to TEN stages of continuous
entertainment, workshops and demonstrations. Artisans and
Fine Folk Crafts will have booths set up along Ferran Park

ANNUAL VALENTINE'S FRENCH DINNER

Ooolala, it's always a
treat when PAM presents it's yearly dinner in honor of
amour. A spectacular display of fine food, wine, and music
all served up by your faithful PAM volunteers.
Held upstairs at
A Third Place Pub and
Cafe, this
intimate dinner features the gourmet cuisine of "french
chef" Jonathan Hodge in conjunction with master chef Chef
Matt from A Third
Place . Musical
Entertainment is provided by 3-time State Contemporary
Fiddle Champion, Jonathan Hodge, Jeff Frieberg and friends.
The scrumptious feast features, light hors d'oeuvres, soup,
salad, choice of main course and decadent dessert. Tickets
sold in advance. Limited seating.
ANNUAL GREAT LAKE EUSTIS CHILI COOKOFF

It's a "Hot Time
in the old town tonight" when PAM presents its annual Chili
Cookoff. Chili connoisseurs from all over come out to this
all day event and sample some of the best Chili recipes
around. Contestants vie for prizes in "Best Traditional Chili", "Best
Non-Traditional Chili", "People's
Choice", and the
coveted "Best
Chili" trophy.
"Got Chili" T-shirts are on sale, as well as, sodas, water,
and homemade corn bread from A Third Place Pub &
Cafe. Live
